When that trigger occurs, the inspection is automatically created and sent, so no one on your team has to remember to schedule it. You choose the type of inspection, who completes it, and when it's due. Once completed, you're notified and finished reports sync right back to AppFolio.
What It Looks Like
A new lease gets signed in AppFolio. With RentCheck built into your Realm-X Flow, that single event can automatically kick off a move-in inspection, scheduled to be completed within a set number of days after move-in specified by your team. Your tenant is invited to complete the inspection from their phone, following guided prompts to document each room with photos and condition details before submitting the inspection. By the time your team sits down to review the move-in inspection report, all of the documentation is there and ready for review, and no one on your team had to lift a finger or drive to the property.
