Does RentCheck integrate with AppFolio?

Yes. RentCheck connects to AppFolio through the AppFolio Stack™ Marketplace. Units, buildings and residents, with their lease dates, sync into RentCheck every 24 hours. Inspections appear in AppFolio's Inspections tab as soon as they're created, with live status, and PDF reports attach to the property or unit and the tenant occupancy twice a day. Flagged issues can become AppFolio work orders.

The PDF report is also attached to the property or unit and to the tenant occupancy after completion and approval. Reports upload twice a day, or right away with manual sync.

Does RentCheck work without cell service?
